About the Role:

OnFrontiers is looking to add a Senior Account Executive to our core team who will identify and develop opportunities, provide demonstrations, manage the entire sales cycle, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, and close business. You will be a first responder to requests and leads, provide provocative presentations and demonstrations, and take a disciplined and elegant approach to follow-up, including materials, proposals, and other relevant information. Account planning, sales strategy, and engaging executive management are all necessary to meet your quota and OnFrontier's growth objectives.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience selling SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience providing customer-facing sales presentations aligned to customer business challenges to C-level and key stakeholders.   
  • Demonstrated repeatable success in driving net new business with enterprise accounts.
  • Technical proficiency: you don't need to code but must be technically resourceful and able to use/learn various technical tools effectively.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Experience engaging a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.
  • Rock-solid communication, business discovery, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding the industry's competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends, customers need to position OnFrontiers with prospective customers.
  • Proven negotiation skills with SaaS Agreements, security, and commercial terms.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.


  • A self-starter attitude and demonstrated ability to execute effectively with limited resources.
  • Well-organized, a good task manager, and able to prioritize based on business needs.
  • A passion for selling a vision in a new market category.
  • Proven track record of success at series A, B, and C companies.
  • Creating budgets for new product categories.
