About the Role:

OnFrontiers is looking to add a Director of Marketing to our core team who will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive significant business growth, build and lead a dynamic marketing team, and establish and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.  In your role you will be both a team leader and an individual contributor, taking direct ownership of our full suite marketing programs, including content marketing, PR, social, product launches, and account-based marketing campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
  • 5-8 years experience in a strategic marketing role, with a preference for leadership positions.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Prior experience using HubSpot highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong desire for success.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding project management skills.
  • Understanding of the Government Contractor ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience with Webflow & HTML/CSS is an additional advantage.


  • Proven track record at series A, B, C B2B SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute effectively with limited resources.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing, email nurture, events, and content playbooks.
